Additionally, the preceptors and residents displayed a clear sense of community and support in all my interactions. This site was a clear choice to develop my autonomy and ability as a clinical specialist.

Why you chose Huntsville Hospital: I chose Huntsville Hospital because of the overall supportive nature of the preceptors and pharmacy department. I had several rotations at Huntsville Hospital as a student and I felt that every preceptor went the extra mile to help me learn and grow. Huntsville Hospital also has pharmacists working in so many different practice areas that I know I will get a well-rounded experience as a resident.

Why you chose Huntsville Hospital: I chose Huntsville Hospital because after having 2 APPE rotations here, I fell in love with the level of autonomy pharmacists have within the institution. The fast paced program structure and variety of opportunities the program offers also caught my eye.
