As part of the hiring process, you are required to have a pre-employment appointment with Huntsville Hospital Employee Health Office prior to your orientation date.
- Select below the orientation date you are scheduled to attend. You can locate the date on the onboarding email.
- Select the best available date/time for your pre-employment appointment and complete the registration. You will be required to pay a fee of $25.
- You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email 1 day prior to your appointment. It is very important to not miss your appointment.
Plan on arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out any paperwork. Make sure to bring all the necessary paperwork (refer to the appointment confirmation email).
Allow 30 minutes for the completion of your appointment.
