After a diagnosis of a heart condition or after discharge from the hospital, our patients continue their recovery in a 12-week Cardiac Rehabilitation program that consists of medically supervised exercises and education programs. This reconditioning program includes monitored exercise three days a week. You must be referred by your physician to participate.
We pride ourselves on making sure these exercises are done in an environment where our patients feel supported and encouraged while they strengthen their abilities to return to a more active lifestyle.
