Occupational Therapy utilizes the "occupations" of self-care, work and leisure activities to increase independence, enhance development and/or prevent disability. Occupational therapy is helpful for those who need specialized assistance to lead independent, productive and satisfying lives due to physical, developmental, social or emotional concerns.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy helps restore functional independence and may utilize any or all of the following: exercise, heat, cold, electrical stimulation and/or massage. Physical therapy is tailored to each person's unique needs.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy is the treatment of speech, language, voice and communication disorders to improve safety and independence. People with eating and swallowing problems also benefit from speech therapy.

Aquatic therapy is helpful for stroke patients and for people with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain and joint pain. Benefits of aquatic therapy:

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a medical treatment that healthcare providers use to address pain and movement issues related to myofascial trigger points. In this technique, a provider inserts thin needles into or near the trigger points. The needles stimulate the muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This helps alleviate pain and improve the range of motion.
Industrial Rehab
Industrial Rehab is a structured, goal-oriented program designed to help participants identify work capacities, regain functional skills and return to work after an injury. Our program includes:

Lymphedema Management
Lymphedema Management is an effective treatment for women experiencing swelling that sometimes occurs in the arm after breast surgery. Our physical therapists are specially trained in Manual Lymph Drainage, which involves therapeutic massage and use of compression bandages to help control swelling. Education for self-care techniques is also provided.

We are pleased to offer pelvic floor rehabilitation services for women and men. A multi-disciplinary team of occupational and physical therapists with specialized training will provide care. If a treatment plan is recommended after assessment, non-surgical treatment options to rehabilitate pelvic floor muscles may include:
