Whether you are seeking treatment for acute or chronic lung conditions, such as a COPD, asthma, or emphysema, or need assistance with sleep disorders like sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or insomnia, our experts are here to help. Scheduling appointments
Office visits are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting the clinic at (256) 265-5864. Please note that in most cases, patients will need a referral to establish care with our clinic.
On the day of your appointment, please allow time for registration. New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.
Please bring the following items to your appointment:
- Current insurance card and photo identification
- Current medications or a complete list of medicines with doses, including all over-the-counter medications, herbs and vitamins
- Method of payment
- Completed new patient packet
Canceling appointments
Please note that due to our appointments being in high demand you might be subject to a $25 no-show fee if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours.

Most insurance policies are accepted including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

Sleep Services
Our Sleep Medicine specialists care for both adult and pediatric patients and treat a wide variety of sleep disorders, such as:
- Chronic insomnia
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Narcolepsy
- Restless leg syndrome
- Periodic limb movements
- Sleep hygiene problems
Our provider team primarily uses the Huntsville Hospital Sleep Diagnostic Labs (located in Huntsville and Madison) for in-lab studies and facilitating home sleep tests.
The Lung Center is also a designated Inspire Sleep Center and can assist patients prior-to and after Inspire device implantation.
