As part of the hiring process, you are required to have a pre-employment appointment with Huntsville Hospital Employee Health Office prior to your orientation date.
- Select below the orientation date you are scheduled to attend. You can locate the date on the onboarding email.
- Select the best available date/time for your pre-employment appointment and complete the registration.
- You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email 1 day prior to your appointment. It is very important to not miss your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a delayed hire date.
Plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. Make sure to bring all the necessary paperwork: 2 forms of ID, a voided check, proof of COVID-19 & flu vaccinations (if applicable). Please refer to the appointment confirmation email for additional details.
Allow 40 minutes for the completion of your appointment.
