Patient Satisfaction Survey

Want to know what our patients say about us?
HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) is a national survey that asks patients about their experiences during a recent hospital stay. The HCAHPS survey focuses on 10 important hospital quality experiences. The surveys are conducted by third-party organizations who present the results to CMS which posts the updated results on a quarterly basis at hospitalcompare.hhs.gov. For consumers, HCAHPS allows you to see how your hospital is doing for comparison with other facilities and state and national averages. The HCAHPS data is for October 2011 - September 2012 and is the most recent data available.
